Overview In this role you support our organization by guiding HR initiatives that align with business objectives. You will coach managers and employees in performance management, onboarding, relations, and policy interpretation while navigating a matrix, often with remote stakeholders. You help drive compliance, training, and employee development to strengthen organizational capability. This role offers meaningful impact through shaping people processes and supporting a patient-centric culture.
Responsibilities- Provide consultation and coaching on performance management including development of performance improvement plans and progressive discipline
- Support and assist in employee relations issues and coach managers through the process
- Partner with managers to facilitate effective onboarding and conduct new hire orientation
- Assist in hiring process for temporary employees (posting, resumes, interviews)
- Develop and maintain HR administrative processes with appropriate approvals and timely processing
- Assess training needs and, where appropriate, deliver or coordinate training programs
- Collaborate with corporate HR/Payroll for compensation, learning, payroll, benefits, and compliance tasks
- Maintain employee personnel files and prepare monthly reports
- Provide consultation and coaching during employee terminations
Key requirements- Minimum 2-5 years in an HR discipline
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with HRIS software
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to use sound judgment and diplomacy on confidential issues
