Responsibilities- Represent healthcare providers, hospitals, long-term care facilities, product manufacturers, and medical institutions in complex litigation matters
- Conduct legal and medical research; draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Analyze medical records, manage discovery, and conduct depositions
- Support trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings
- Collaborate on case strategy, evaluation, and overall case management
