Overview As an eDiscovery Project Manager, you lead a high-performing team to support complex fraud litigation, coordinating case timelines, staffing, and process improvements. You will partner with attorneys to ensure qualified coverage and effective e-discovery workflows, leveraging advanced tools to deliver accurate, timely production and data management. This role combines hands-on case support with strategic oversight, shaping standard procedures and continual improvement. You'll contribute to national security missions and grow your expertise in a DOJ context.

Responsibilities- Manage overall case support for the Fraud Section, including case assignments, timelines, priorities, and documentation
- Maintain reporting to ensure accountability and visibility into legal operations
- Consult with case attorneys on strategies and support needs for staffing coverage
- Lead regular status meetings with lead attorneys and report to leadership and COR
- Recruit, hire, and train support staff on roles, policies, and litigation software (Relativity, CaseMap, Sanction, Trial Director)
- Prepare presentations and lead team meetings and trainings
- Standardize case procedures and drive continual improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain QA for data management, processing, and production protocols
- Coordinate with Litigation Support to ensure priority processing and accurate productions
- Manage staff utilization, productivity, overtime, and performance reviews
- Resolve personnel issues and enforce policies and labor laws
- Review and approve timecards, travel, expenses, and invoices
Key requirements- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressively responsible management in major litigation projects
- Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized under deadline pressure
- Ability to work overtime and travel as needed, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and document/discovery management applications
- Experience managing complex litigation support activities and technical/data processing
- Strong background in e-discovery tools and data management
- Ability to anticipate needs and develop detailed plans for addressing them
- Knowledge of government office and network environments including word processing, spreadsheets, imaging, e-discovery tools and hardware systems
