Overview In this role you drive access and adoption of PAD and LimFlow therapies by partnering with physicians, hospital leadership, and cross functional teams. You lead program development and education, shaping how care is delivered for PAD/CLTI patients. You'll operate with autonomy, represent the portfolio at events, and feed clinical insights back to R&D and Marketing. This is a high visibility position focused on growing long term franchise value through collaborative, patient focused solutions.

Responsibilities- Identify growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs in PAD/CLTI populations
- Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders including physician champions and hospital leadership
- Drive therapy adoption via clinical expertise, education, and program-building initiatives
- Expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow franchise value
- Coordinate strategies with VTE Account Managers using aligned messaging and real-time field insights
- Deliver high impact presentations on clinical and financial benefits to physicians and hospital administration
- Provide product feedback to R&D and Marketing as a clinical voice for innovation
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events
- Act as a clinical subject matter expert in national calls and training programs
- Support onboarding and ongoing training needs with Sales Leadership and Medical Education
- Develop and share insights during pre sale and evaluation processes
- Perform other duties to support regional and national initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science degree in a related field
- Minimum 6 years of medical device field sales experience
- Current certifications and vendor credentials
- Demonstrated history of consistent quota attainment
- Exceptional presentation skills across settings
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proven leadership and ability to educate and develop others
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, reporting)
- Ability to use company systems and tools for communications and reporting
- Clinical knowledge in vascular interventions (PAD/CLTI)
