Overview In this role you lead plant production processes and teams to deliver quality and on-time product flow. You'll work with the Plant Lead Team to implement the strategic vision and improve performance in alignment with the operating plan. You drive safe, efficient operations, uphold quality standards, and collaborate across sites to standardize and elevate production. Responsibilities- Lead and coach managers and staff to drive teamwork and continuous improvement
- Ensure efficient, cost effective production flow meeting the Annual Operating Plan
- Plan operations and prioritize manufacturing to meet schedules
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with standard operational practices
- Foster a safe workplace and enforce quality standards
- Manage on-time delivery and cross site collaboration to standardize improvements
- Contribute to performance management and communications to sustain morale
- Oversee quality systems and production initiatives to meet customer expectations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Manufacturing leadership experience in labor intensive, large volume settings
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with enterprise systems
- Experience with OEE and project management
- Ability to collaborate with leaders at multiple sites
- Strong Materials Management and Quality Systems understanding
- Ability to travel up to 10%
