Overview In this role you will manage a portfolio of structured commercial real estate loans and provide loan surveillance to a nationwide client base. You will work closely with borrowers, lenders, and investors to monitor property performance and deliver quarterly asset reports. You'll lead ongoing loan and construction draw reviews while ensuring timely updates and issue resolution. This position offers impact through proactive surveillance, cross functional collaboration, and growth within a dynamic real estate finance team.

- Salary range $95,000-$130,000 (base)
Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of assigned loans with borrowers and lenders/investors
- Processing borrower requests and consents
- Analyze property financials and report loan performance to lenders/investors (QAR)
- Communicate with sponsors/borrowers on property-level concerns (CAPEX, leasing, construction, performance)
- Prepare weekly loan portfolio updates highlighting issues and events
- Monitor and report loan-specific events and triggers
- Review and process construction draws
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree; real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent experience preferred
- 6+ years of CRE industry experience; 1+ years in Senior Associate or external equivalent
- Experience in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset management (preferred)
- Proficiency with major property types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily) and basic knowledge of hotels/condominiums
- Proficiency in CRE principles including underwriting, loan servicing, treasury practices
- Strong skills in CRE calculations (IRR, NPV, DSCR, DY, NOI/NCF) and knowledge of deal types and debt positions
- Ability to build complex financial models in Excel or similar programs
- Independent work style with strong organizational and time-management skills
