Responsibilities- Lead regional portfolio strategies across two global regions and oversee a diverse, multi-market office portfolio
- Serve as senior strategic advisor to leadership, aligning real estate decisions with business priorities
- Develop regional portfolio plans translating growth and workforce trends into roadmaps
- Own end-to-end portfolio planning: leasing, renewals, relocations, market entries/exits, capital investment, space optimization, and workplace transformation
- Evaluate opportunities with a commercial, risk-aware lens and present recommendations to executives
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments to balance regional and global priorities
- Produce clear work products: business cases, governance materials, dashboards, and leadership updates
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Risk, Facilities Management, Workplace, and regional leaders to shape portfolio decisions
Key requirements- 10+ years in real estate portfolio management, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate, with regional/multi-market experience
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive-ready communication skills
- Proven ability to lead complex portfolios, manage multiple workstreams, and drive decisions with limited supervision
- Data-driven, risk-aware decision making with solid financial judgment
- Ability to create practical, high-quality deliverables: regional plans, business cases, dashboards
