Senior Compliance Auditor - Defense Manufacturing LPA Lead

As Lead Compliance Auditor, you will serve as the senior technical authority for audit execution across manufacturing and production operations to ensure compliance with quality and defense standards. You will develop risk-based audit plans and own the Layered Process Audit program, leading audit teams and mentoring auditors. You drive corrective actions to closure while preserving independence, helping to strengthen mission assurance across the organization.

• Execute and oversee audits across manufacturing and production operations to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, DFARS, ITAR, FAR and DoD requirements
• Develop and implement risk-based audit plans and programs
• Own and manage the Layered Process Audit program
• Lead audit teams and mentor junior auditors
• Identify, track, and close corrective actions with accountability and independence

• Experience as a senior technical authority for audits in manufacturing/production environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, DFARS, ITAR, FAR and DoD requirements
• Ability to develop audit plans and manage corrective actions to closure
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
