Overview In this role you will lead a client group delivering individual and business tax services, guiding engagements from planning to completion. You will coordinate deadlines and collaborate with associates to ensure timely returns and high-quality service. You will stay current on tax law changes and contribute to process improvements and practice development. Responsibilities- Manage a group of clients for individual and business taxation
- Manage project deadlines and plan with associates and senior associates
- Coordinate with team members on all phases of tax engagements
- Review mostly business tax returns and provide feedback
- Provide high-level client services
- Keep current on tax law changes and accounting developments
- Drive continual process improvements with the team
- Participate in practice development and firm activities
- Develop an area of tax specialization
Key requirements- 3+ years' experience in public accounting
- Bachelor
- CPA or EA in progress is preferred
