Overview In this role you will be the primary support and report specialist for WesleyLife HR systems (notably UKG), ensuring ongoing system functionality, troubleshooting, and user education. You will lead upgrades, implement new modules, and extract data for analytics to support decision-making. You will collaborate with payroll, finance, and cross-functional teams while steering HRIS enhancements through the governance body. This position offers impact by continuously improving systems that enable better service to older adults and stronger operational decisions.
Responsibilities- HR Systems Management for UKG modules (Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, etc.) and daily operations
- Super-User & Project Lead for upgrades, new modules, and integrations
- Training & Support: create tools for new hires and assist end-users
- Data Reporting & Analytics: extract/analyze data and generate meaningful reports
- Payroll & Systems Support: partner with payroll and finance for maintenance/troubleshooting
- Continuous Improvement: lead the HRIS Steering Committee and drive enhancements
Key requirements- Minimum 3 years in an IT or HRIS customer-facing role with direct client support
- Strong preference for UKG experience
- Excellent communication to translate system changes into training
- Project management skills to lead upgrades/implementations
- Critical thinking and effective project management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
