Projects Associate / Senior Associate Lawyer

In this role you support a leading legal team focused on PFI/PPP projects, advising public and private clients across the lifecycle of long-term schemes. You will work within a cross-office, award-winning practice that shapes the rulebook for partnerships in the public-private sector. You will drive bespoke solutions, oversee contract management, and mentor junior lawyers to manage lifecycle requirements. • Advise public and private sector clients on PFI/PPP projects throughout their lifecycle
• Provide contract management guidance and develop expiry plans for schemes
• Lead workstreams with support from junior team members
• Develop bespoke and innovative partnership solutions for public services
• Collaborate across offices to deliver long-term lifecycle advice
• Interpret legal and commercial implications of PFI/PPP contracts

• Deep experience advising on PFI/PPP projects for public and/or private clients
• Strong understanding of legal and commercial contract management implications
• Ability to lead work streams and guide juniors
