Overview In this role you will oversee the daily operations of a Greystar property, leading the on-site team to meet budgeted financial and performance targets. You will ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations while coordinating budgeting, leasing, and maintenance activities. You'll drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on operational excellence and resident experience.

Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day property operations and on-site team
- Develop and monitor property budgets and financial performance
- Approve vendor invoices and manage accounts coding and communication with owners
- Oversee lease processes, inspections, notices, and renewals
- Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies
- Ensure maintenance standards and timely handling of resident service requests
- Hire, train, and supervise staff; manage performance
- Engage with owners and provide property performance updates
- Complete required accounting and reporting tasks
- California-specific lease process compliance (if applicable)
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
- 4-6 years of relevant property management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team
- Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions; valid driver's license
