Overview In this role, you monitor shipper performance and help resolve inbound freight disruptions to keep Amazon's fulfillment network flowing. You work with the Shipper Support team to flag issues, coach vendors, and drive operational standards through data-driven insights. You will engage directly with shippers, analyze performance trends, and support continuous process improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities in supply chain operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities- Monitor daily inbound freight data and flag disruptions (missed pickups, delays) using tools and dashboards
- Follow SOPs to resolve transportation issues in real time
- Maintain accurate daily logs on assigned shipper accounts and document performance trends
- Participate in weekly calls with shippers to communicate performance updates and reinforce standards
- Assist with outreach to shippers regarding compliance, escalating complex issues when needed
- Compile and present routine performance data for team reviews
- Support root cause identification for recurring transportation defects by gathering and organizing data
Key requirements- 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes
- Strong data analysis ability and experience with data-driven decision making
- Experience in transportation and supply chain
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work with metrics to drive business decisions
