Overview As Everlaw's first recruiter in Midtown Manhattan, you'll own GTM recruitment across NYC, DC, and the UK, partnering with sales and GTM leadership to build a diverse, high performing pipeline. You will shape region-specific sourcing strategies and elevate the candidate experience as we expand beyond HQ. You'll work closely with executives to design tailored talent plans and closing strategies that attract in-demand GTM talent. This is a foundational role that combines strategic sourcing, process optimization, and data-driven recruiting to support rapid growth.

Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 6-10 GTM requisitions across sales, business development, and customer success.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to design tailored talent strategies and align on role profiles.
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through passive outreach, referrals, and strategic sourcing.
- Design compelling closing strategies and compensation recommendations for GTM hires.
- Leverage recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and present actionable insights to hiring partners.
- Evolve regional recruiting footprint, establish operational best practices, and deliver a candidate-first interview experience.
Key requirements- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven GTM sourcing/closing track record
- Proactive sourcing of passive candidates across competitive GTM regions
- Consultative partner to hiring managers to drive structured, equitable, inclusive hiring
- Analytical and data-driven, able to tell stories with recruiting metrics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and leveraging AI to increase effectiveness
