Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles (Sales, Marketing, Business Development) from sourcing to offers.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key requirements- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record building pipelines and top-of-funnel strategies
- Experience building teams from zero and managing evergreen pipelines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
- Team-oriented with collaborative mindset and initiative
