Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase, manufacturing, software/technology, and master services agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address legal, privacy, IP, regulatory, and product issues
- Provide day-to-day legal guidance on contract interpretation and vendor relationships
- Mitigate legal risks by identifying issues and proposing resolutions
- Improve and implement scalable contracting processes with the Enterprise Supply Chain group
- Support EchoStar executives and business partners on strategic initiatives
Key requirements- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or international equivalent
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state with ability to meet admission requirements in Colorado
- 4-6 years of relevant legal experience in law firm and/or in-house with a focus on commercial transactions
- Experience working in-house with a large company's supply chain is a plus
