Overview In this role you will craft engaging digital visuals for a range of clients, ensuring brand consistency across social, web, email, and print assets. You'll collaborate with the creative team to take concepts from rough ideas to polished designs, while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. You'll contribute original visuals, support senior designers, and help shape the look and feel of campaigns. Responsibilities- Prepare rough design concepts for banners and social media across multiple brands
- Create landing page layouts using Leadpages
- Establish a distinctive look and feel aligned with concepts
- Manage multiple brands simultaneously and maintain all graphic systems
- Produce original visuals and supporting brand/design work
- Assist senior designers on brand and strategic design tasks
- Participate in design projects from concept to completion
- Produce drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
Key requirements- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and branding
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- A portfolio showcasing creative design work
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ideas on how to use AI to help with time saving and proficiency
- Basic understanding in HTML, Premiere, print are bonuses
