Overview

In this role you will serve as the client-facing expert for Morgan Stanley at Work's NQDC program, guiding onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing plan administration. You will partner with sales, implementation, and service teams to deliver a seamless client experience and ensure regulatory compliance. You'll lead plan implementations and support annual funding analyses, audits, and reporting while driving process improvements across cross-functional groups. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at the intersection of client engagement and plan operations.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard and service new Morgan Stanley at Work clients, including takeover plans from competitors
  • Administer NQDC plans from eligibility through ongoing contributions and distributions
  • Perform monthly/quarterly audits and reconciliations for assigned clients
  • Prepare robust annual funding analyses aligned with client expectations
  • Monitor compliance with global regulatory, tax, and 409A requirements
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR, Treasury, and Tax as needed
  • Maintain event calendars and coordinate timely administrative activities
  • Lead process improvements to align service models for scalability and value
  • Respond to escalated client inquiries and document resolutions; engage senior management as needed
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the NQDC offering and provide feedback to product/platform teams
Key requirements
  • 5-7 years in financial services with focus on NQDC product management or related operations
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Excellent project management, process development, and communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and comfort with compliance language
  • Clear, confident communicator and customer-service oriented
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple cross-functional projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
