Overview In this role you drive profitable growth and strong renewal retention for Zurich's Large Casualty business within National Accounts. You will analyze and price highly complex risks, lead market-facing production, and strengthen broker and client relationships across the West region. Working within The Zurich Way of Underwriting, you will apply technical expertise to new and renewal business while delivering superior service. This is a high-impact, market-facing leadership position with a holistic solutions approach.

Responsibilities- Underwrite, analyze, and generate new and renewal business
- Market-facing production within Large Casualty, National Accounts division
- Administer underwriting rules, guidelines, insurance laws, and rating manual rules
- Develop and maintain broker relationships in the San Francisco/Northern CA region
- Operate within broad authorities on highly complex assignments
Key requirements- High School Diploma or Equivalent with 7+ years in underwriting/market facing, or 14+ years in claims/underwriting support
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate Degree and 5+ years in underwriting/market facing, or 12+ years in claims/underwriting support
- Experience with Microsoft Office
