You will oversee a team of analysts and data scientists, delivering monthly market insights and shaping data products for global energy markets. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding forecasting and analytics while advancing the product suite. This role blends leadership with hands-on market analysis in a data-rich environment, offering a meaningful impact on energy insights and client solutions.

Responsibilities- Oversee and contribute to monthly market reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain forecasting models and price outlooks for crude oil, refined products, and NGLs
- Mentor and develop market analysts and data scientists, fostering high performance
- Serve as primary spokesperson and subject matter expert for oil and NGL markets; deliver client and internal presentations
- Enforce best practices in data analysis and modeling
- Engage with clients to understand challenges and provide insights
- Lead development and rollout of new data and analytics products to differentiate offerings
Key requirements- 6+ years in crude oil, refined product, or NGL market analysis, preferably in energy industry or consulting
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling
- PowerBI and/or GIS experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience contributing to research reports or technical publications
