Overview

In this role you will lead full-cycle recruiting for Rheem North America, partnering with hiring managers within a hybrid Atlanta-based team. You will build talent pipelines, refine recruitment processes, and leverage internal/external sourcing to fill roles efficiently. You'll drive candidate assessment and coordination, while aligning with Rheem's sustainability-focused mission and collaborative culture. This is an opportunity to shape staffing strategies and support growth in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand roles and candidate profiles; manage intake calls and liaise with external agencies
  • Update requisition templates and posting descriptions
  • Utilize Oracle Recruiting Cloud to fill assignment orders and recruit qualified contractors
  • Train users on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (requisitions, moving candidates, creating candidates)
  • Develop internal and external advertising programs to attract candidates
  • Participate in employment events such as career fairs
  • Conduct behavioral interviews to evaluate qualifications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, including travel arrangements
  • Coordinate applicant testing (background checks, drug screening)
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal/external clients to meet staffing goals
  • Maintain dashboard and share recruiting metrics from Oracle Recruiting Cloud
  • Manage analytics on social media recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor)
  • Other duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment
  • Knowledge of recruiting practices, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to inform, guide and advise managers in hiring initiatives
  • Ability to develop a talent pipeline to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable personnel policy and federal/state hiring laws
  • Ability to understand the company's organizational structure
  • Excellent time management and ability to shift priorities
  • SHRM Certified Professional (preferred)
