Recruiter I

In this role you will support the hiring process in a fast-paced office by engaging candidates, conducting initial outreach, and moving applicants through early stages. You will coordinate interviews and communication between applicants and hiring teams to keep the process on track. You'll maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation, and provide timely updates to applicants on next steps. This long-term contract role emphasizes organized operations and a strong candidate experience, in Grand Junction, Colorado.

• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings to assess interest and basic qualifications
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication among applicants, hiring teams, and stakeholders
• Review incoming applications and identify candidates whose background aligns with open roles
• Maintain organized, up-to-date recruiting documentation, notes, and status tracking in internal systems
• Provide timely follow-up to applicants regarding next steps and interview details
• Support recruiting operations including job postings, applicant flow management, and administrative tasks related to talent acquisition
