Overview

As a Senior Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruitment for Esri's Professional Services Division, partnering with senior leaders to align hiring with business goals. You'll design and execute innovative sourcing and branding initiatives to build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline across multiple geographies. You will use data and market insights to forecast hiring needs and influence decisions, while delivering a positive candidate experience. This role combines strategic partnership, talent market mastery, and adaptability in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection for the Professional Services Division
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape hiring plans and timelines
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to fill various roles
  • Generate a healthy pipeline through branding, sourcing, and referrals
  • Foster relationships with leadership teams and manage candidate experience
  • Collaborate with HR specialties in mobility, training, HRIS, compensation, and compliance
  • Develop deep business knowledge of Esri's Professional Services and its markets
  • Leverage data to assess recruiting performance, forecast needs, and guide decisions
  • Stay informed on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and employment branding strategies
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including sourcing and closing for technical positions at all levels
  • Strong track record building relationships at all organizational levels
  • Ability to assess via behavioral competency evaluations
  • Proven ability to develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data and act on insights
  • Excellent interpersonal, creative, flexible, mature, and judgmentful demeanor
  • Team player with initiative, self-direction and motivation for results
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications
