Pega PRPC Administrator

In this role you will lead Pega PRPC administration and design enterprise-grade BPM and case management solutions. You will collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance Pega applications and mentor junior members. You will drive platform upgrades, deployments, and operational excellence while adhering to guardrails and best practices. This is a hands-on technical leadership position shaping large-scale Pega programs.

• Manage Pega nodes, clusters, and application lifecycles across DEV, QA, UAT, PROD
• Plan and execute platform upgrades, hotfixes, and dependency updates
• Package and deploy rules using Pega Deployment Manager or Jenkins
• Monitor system health with PDC, Splunk, and Grafana; optimize JVM and queues
• Perform RCA for node failures, Kafka/stream issues, search indexing, and DB bottlenecks
• Design end-to-end Pega solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Develop complex case workflows, UI rules, data pages, and integrations
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD, and deployment automation
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring; conduct design/code reviews

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 5-8+ years of IT experience with Pega, with at least 3 years hands-on Pega development
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) required
