Job description

LATAVCO (Prime Vendor) seeks qualified AP Admin II candidates to submit to our higher educational client Accounts Payable Team in the Woodlands, TX area.

Requirements include:

. Extensive AP Experience (High-volume invoice processing, PO matching and non-PO invoice handling, utility experience)

. Technical Skills (Accounting Software like PeopleSoft, Microsoft Excel using Pivot tables, reconciliations, VLOOKUPs)

. Analytical Abilities (Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies, GL Errors)

. Soft Skills (Attention to Detail, Accuracy, Time Management, Good Communicator)
