We are looking for a bilingual Executive Assistant to support the CEO while contributing to Business Development, Client Relations, and Commercial Coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & calendar management
Travel and meeting coordination
Client & business partner follow-up
Business development & prospecting
Commercial presentations and proposals
Support in strategic initiatives and negotiations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
3 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistance, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
Fluent English & Spanish
Strong communication and executive presence
Commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
Valid driver's license
Passport and visa, when applicable
Willingness to travel between Texas & Mexico
Based in The Woodlands, TX or nearby
