Overview In this role you contribute to expanding QPS's bioanalytical capabilities to support drug development across small molecules, antibodies, proteins, and genetic medicines. You will lead Bioanalytical studies as Principal Investigator, oversee data interpretation and reporting, and contribute to method validation. You'll work with cross-functional teams to plan studies, develop robust LC-MS/MS assays, and ensure GLP compliance. Responsibilities- Independently manage multiple sample analysis projects with minimal supervision
- Prepare, review, and understand study protocols
- Coordinate with clients and internal resources to plan, design, and conduct studies
- Evaluate data significance and report findings
- Prepare study summaries/reports
- Set up, utilize, and maintain complex instrumentation
- Communicate timelines, status, data, and inquiries to clients/study sites
- Maintain regulatory compliance and address QA findings
- Maintain project schedules and timelines
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior scientific staff
- Develop, validate and run LC/MS/MS assays for TK/PK assessment
- Ensure GLP regulations and SOPs are followed in all activities
Key requirements- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field
- Direct LC-MS/MS experience for recent graduates; CRO experience with method development if >2 years since graduation
