Overview In this role you provide practical, solution-oriented legal support to Pall's Aerospace business and North America operations. You draft, review, and negotiate commercial and federal contracting agreements while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. You work with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and shape practical mitigations aligned with business goals. You develop and improve legal processes and templates to support efficient service delivery. Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and federal contracting agreements (sales, supply, services, distribution, maintenance, development, technology license, manufacturing, procurement) with regulatory compliance
- Advise on legal risks and design practical mitigation aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into contractual language and provide business-focused legal guidance
- Support high-value transactions, complex risk scenarios, disputes, and third-party due diligence
- Develop and improve legal processes, contract templates, training materials, and tools for efficient service delivery and ongoing regulatory compliance
Key requirements- JD from a nationally accredited law school with admission to practice before a U.S. state bar
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant transactional, commercial, and federal government contracting experience
- Experience in commercial strategy and federal contracts drafting with risk-based business counsel
