This is not a receptionist role - it is the front door of our firm. Every call you take could be the next case that changes someone's life, and your job is to make sure qualified callers feel heard, trust us, and sign up on the spot.The right person is a compassionate closer: warm and empathetic with injured callers, but disciplined about following our intake process, qualifying cases, overcoming hesitation, and getting retainers signed the same day.
