Overview

In this role you will analyze and administer ATI's compensation programs to support market competitiveness and internal equity. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and HRIS to drive accurate data, reporting, and program execution. You'll handle data-driven recommendations, salary structures, and incentive programs, contributing to a scalable compensation function. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at ATI's Dallas headquarters with a focus on improving processes and data quality.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure data integrity in job pricing, survey participation, and HRIS data; analyze data to support salary recommendations and internal equity
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze external market data and industry benchmarks
  • Develop and maintain compensation reports, models, and tools for leadership and stakeholders
  • Assist in developing and maintaining salary structures and compensation guidelines
  • Administer annual merit, annual incentive, and long-term incentive programs within deadlines
  • Develop and deliver training and communications for compensation programs
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and related compensation processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, data quality, and service delivery
  • Engage in special projects including Pay for Performance
  • Provide equity analyses for hires, promotions, and transfers
  • Collaborate with HRBP, Payroll, Finance, and HRIS to ensure data accuracy
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of compensation administration/analysis experience
  • Experience handling confidential employee and compensation data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (large datasets, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Experience with compensation-related tools and HRIS
  • Excellent communication and data interpretation skills
