Overview In this role you will own the end-to-end program lifecycle for ML-powered brand protection detection systems, driving root-cause analysis and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with applied scientists and engineering teams to translate abuse patterns into engineering-ready specifications that scale to hundreds of millions of listings. You'll balance precision and recall across marketplaces and languages, guiding strategic enhancements and metrics. This position sits at the core of Amazon's brand protection systems, influencing which listings are classified as legitimate or infringing. You'll deliver measurable impact by reducing false positives while strengthening market security.

Responsibilities- Partner with applied scientists to evaluate ML model performance and impact detection accuracy across billions of listings
- Manage high-quality training dataset refresh cycles and text pattern identification across marketplaces and languages
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis on false positive drivers to identify systemic improvements
- Translate findings into engineering-ready specifications with clear, measurable success criteria
- Present strategic recommendations to Directors and VPs on detection system enhancements and metrics alignment
Key requirements- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
