Overview Experienced Project Manager leading complex mechanical works in commercial and healthcare settings. You drive safety, schedule, budget, and quality across HVAC, plumbing, piping and sheet metal scopes, coordinating with engineering, VDC/BIM and field teams. You manage procurement, RFIs, submittals and changes to keep projects on track and compliant. You partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver impactful, well-coordinated projects that meet contractual and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities- Lead all phases of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project financials: budgets, forecasts, cost tracking and value schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors for HVAC, plumbing, piping and sheet metal work ensuring quality and compliance
- Administer RFIs, submittals, change orders and contract modifications with timely stakeholder communications
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules using MS Project/Primavera; coordinate sequencing and commissioning
- Oversee procurement, buyout activities and long-lead item management
- Perform constructability reviews and coordinate with MEP, VDC/BIM and design teams to resolve clashes
- Utilize VDC/BIM workflows and Revit/Bluebeam to support field execution and clash resolution
- Administer contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead negotiations as needed
- Drive safety, QA, and regulatory compliance on-site; support incident investigations
- Prepare project reports and executive summaries for leadership and clients
- Mentor project team members and manage client relationships as the main point of contact
Key requirements- 8+ years of progressive mechanical construction experience
- Minimum 5 years as Project Manager overseeing HVAC, plumbing, piping and sheet metal
- Healthcare/hospital project experience preferred; hospital construction protocols knowledge
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control and margin delivery
- Proficiency with RFI, submittal, change order and procurement workflows
- Hands-on VDC/BIM coordination experience; Revit and clash resolution
- Proficiency with Procore and MS Office; scheduling tools MS Project or Primavera
- Knowledge of mechanical systems design, shop drawings, codes and permitting
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Certifications such as PMP, CCM, NICET, LEED or OSHA 30 are a plus
