Overview As a Project Manager at Monteith Construction, you will plan, direct and coordinate multiple construction projects, coordinating with superintendents to keep work on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards. You'll represent Monteith on the Owner-Architect-Builder team and build lasting relationships with project stakeholders. You'll lead regular status meetings, ensure quality controls, monitor budgets and change orders, and review drawings for issues with the Architect. You'll manage project documentation in Procore and coordinate subcontractor activities to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities- Plan, direct and coordinate multiple construction projects
- Maintain daily communication with Project Superintendents
- Represent Monteith on the Owner-Architect-Builder team
- Meet with Owner and Architect to report status and budget
- Ensure quality control throughout the project
- Manage and analyze project budget and cost (costings, change orders)
- Review drawings/specifications for deficiencies and code issues with Architect
- Review and approve subcontractor billings and project submittals
- Manage project documents in Procore
- Coordinate subcontractor labor/material deliveries and analyze schedule for on-time delivery
- Co-lead meetings with Superintendent to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Buyout trade contracts to minimize cost and ensure accurate scope
Key requirements- 3-5 years of construction project management experience
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with project management software; Procore, Newforma, etc.
- Ability to read and understand construction schedules
- Primavera P6 experience preferred
- LEED AP or LEED training encouraged
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours
