Overview In this role you will shape and deliver US benefits programs across the United States with some support for Canada, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive benefits strategy, optimize vendor performance, and enhance the employee experience, aligning with UCB's total rewards objectives. You will lead retirement, employee stock purchase, and wellbeing programs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory reporting. You will analyze utilization and costs to inform decisions and improve benefits communications. This hybrid role is based in Smyrna, GA.
Responsibilities- Lead administration of retirement, employee stock purchase, and wellbeing programs
- Support and execute U.S. benefits strategy and program enhancements
- Manage benefit vendors, brokers, and third-party administrator relationships
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and reporting requirements
- Analyze utilization, costs, and trends to inform decision-making
- Improve employee understanding and engagement through benefits communications
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years' progressive benefits administration experience
- Strong knowledge of United States benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience managing benefits vendors, brokers, and external partners
- Proven analytical skills with experience interpreting benefits data
