We're hiring
Safety Drivers to support the testing and development of
autonomous vehicles in Dallas or Austin. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with next-generation transportation technology while working in a professional, innovative environment.
You'll be behind the wheel helping autonomous vehicles learn how to navigate real-world roads safely and effectively.
What You'll Do- Operate autonomous vehicles safely during on-road testing
- Alternate between manual driving and supervising autonomous mode
- Monitor the vehicle, traffic, road conditions, and surrounding environment
- Identify potential hazards and respond safely and quickly
- Work with remote operators and engineering teams during testing
- Complete vehicle safety checks before and after each shift
- Collect driving and vehicle performance data
- Document observations and testing activities
- Assist with basic technical tasks, including hardware adjustments and software uploads
- Support basic troubleshooting when needed
What You Bring- Valid U.S. driver's license for at least 3 years
- Clean driving record
- Strong driving skills and excellent situational awareness
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Safety-first mindset
- Comfortable driving in different weather and road conditions
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable using technology and following detailed procedures
