We are currently seeking experienced, dependable CDL Class A OTR Team Drivers to join our team. As an OTR Driver at F7 Transportation, you will transport dry van freight safely across interstate lanes. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer combination across long-haul interstate routes.
- Perform mandatory pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip equipment inspections to ensure safety and FMCSA compliance.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs adhering strictly to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Safely haul 53' dry van trailers containing general freight (primarily no-touch cargo).
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding pickup/delivery times, delays, and load status.
- Secure loads properly and ensure freight safety from origin to destination.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Experience: Verifiable CDL-A OTR driving experience.
- Medical: Current, valid DOT Medical Card.
- Driving Record:
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major moving violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
- No DUI/DWI convictions within the last 5 years.
- Screening: Must successfully pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening and background check.
- Skills: Strong familiarity with ELD systems, navigation apps, and FMCSA safety regulations.
