Multifamily Strategy is hiring a hands-on Senior Sales Manager to lead and coach our sales team.
You should have a track record of closing sales yourself and improving the performance of a team. You'll run short daily huddles, review calls, coach reps, follow up on the pipeline and make sure everyone knows what they need to do each day.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team day to day, with clear targets and follow-through.
- Review calls and coach reps on discovery, objections and closing.
- Track booked calls, attendance, close rates and cash collected using our existing reporting.
- Work with sales operations to resolve missed appointments, follow-up gaps and stalled deals.
- Help hire and onboard additional reps.
- Give leadership a clear weekly view of results, problems and next actions.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading a sales team, ideally in high-ticket coaching, education or a similar consultative sale.
- Strong personal sales results and examples of helping other reps improve.
- Comfortable coaching directly and holding people accountable throughout the day.
- Availability to work with our U.S. team during its selling hours.
- Real estate or multifamily experience is a plus.
