This is a remote, field-based sales role focused on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and delivering consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated B2B sales professional with experience selling industrial, manufacturing, packaging, or related products and a demonstrated record of achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned territory. • Prospect and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and ongoing account management. • Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product discussions throughout the territory. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and timely delivery. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer requirements. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records using CRM tools. • Consistently achieve or exceed territory revenue objectives.
