Job description

  • Coverage Dates: November 25-29
  • Ongoing need of approximately 6-7 days per month
  • Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM (24-hour call coverage).
  • In-House Call
  • Average Callback Hours: Daily midwife coverage assists with patient management.
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient/Hospital-Based.
  • Estimated Credentialing Time: 90 days
  • Patient Population: Adult.
  • Setting: 100% inpatient.
  • Average Patient Volume: 1-6 patients per day.
  • EMR/Documentation: EPIC.
  • Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Kentucky license or active IMLC, DEA, BLS
