Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric care including low and high-risk pregnancies
- Perform routine and complicated deliveries
- Conduct and interpret FHR and OB ultrasounds
- Participate in clinic and call coverage, assisting with urgent matters
- Collaborate with permanent providers and support staff
Qualifications
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
- Current Iowa medical license or valid IMLC
- Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Experience in FHR interpretation and routine delivery procedures
Working Hours
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Rotating on-call schedule
Skills
- Expertise in managing low-risk pregnancies
- Proficiency in routine delivery techniques
- Ability to perform and interpret OB ultrasounds
