Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in a healthcare facility in Ellenville, NY.
This role focuses on medication administration, daily nursing care, and resident support in a structured, team-oriented environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking for consistent weekday hours without the demands of rotating shifts.
LPN Responsibilities:- Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Provide direct nursing care to residents within LPN scope of practice
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or provider
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of medications, assessments, and care provided
- Collaborate with nursing staff, providers, and support teams to ensure continuity of care
- Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism and attention to detail
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:- Active New York State LPN license required
- Proven competency in medication administration
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
- Dependable and able to consistently work the scheduled weekday hours
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in long-term care, residential care, or healthcare settings preferred
This is an on-site role in Ellenville, NY.
