You will split your time between strategic partnership and being physically present with your teams. Day to day, you will: Coach managers and directors on leading, developing, and holding their teams accountable Handle employee relations matters and guide performance management from first conversation to resolution Lead efforts that improve engagement and keep good people Support staff through important moments in their employment Keep people practices fair, consistent, and true to the organization's values Who Succeeds Here: You like people and it shows.
