Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to determine their needs and set realistic rehabilitation goals.
  • Develop tailored exercise programs that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, ensuring each patient receives personalized care.
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments based on patients' progress and feedback.
  • Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and soft tissue mobilization to enhance treatment efficacy.
  • Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and injury prevention strategies to foster long-term health management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment protocols, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and address complex patient needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Understanding their unique challenges and treatment goals is critical for optimizing recovery. Your role will include motivating patients who may be experiencing pain or frustration, thereby playing a vital part in their psychological and physical rejuvenation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
  • Exceptional manual therapy skills and proficiency in soft tissue mobilization techniques.
  • Strong assessment skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans in a 'Direct Access' setting.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in advanced therapeutic modalities, prior involvement in interdisciplinary teams, and familiarity with electronic health record systems will be highly regarded. Experience in mentoring junior therapists can also be beneficial, as mentoring is an integral part of our team culture.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually, based on experience and performance. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
