Patient volume is similarly flexible-you can build toward a busier practice or maintain a more measured daily schedule without sacrificing access to productivity upside. With no inpatient responsibilities, an exceptionally light clinic call structure, and opportunities available to physicians graduating as far out as 2028, this position offers both immediate and long-term appeal. Position, Compensation & Organization
- 100% outpatient Family Medicine with no inpatient responsibilities
- $265,000 guaranteed compensation for 2 years
- $38.50 per wRVU with an additional $4.20 tied to quality measures
- Typical patient volume of 18-22 per day with flexibility to see more or less
- $40,000 sign-on/relocation package with a 3-year commitment
- Up to $125,000 in student loan repayment at $25,000 annually for 5 years

- Optional APP supervision compensated at $750 per APP per month
- Residency stipend of $1,250/month during PGY-2 and $2,000/month during PGY-3
