Overview

As a senior technical leader in the Microsoft Practice, you shape the architecture of Microsoft 365 and Collaboration offerings. You drive architectural direction, offer innovation, and advise customers to achieve transformative business outcomes. You work with cross-functional teams to mature methodologies, reference architectures, and workshops, aligning with AI and Modern Work strategies. The role emphasizes thought leadership, partner collaboration, and customer advisory over hands-on deployment, at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the architectural authority for Microsoft 365 and Modern Work across the full estate
  • Lead integration of AI capabilities into delivery models and guide evolution of core workloads
  • Govern complex, large-scale programs and advise on M&A, divestiture, and tenant migrations
  • Develop methodologies, reference architectures, and delivery standards for the practice
  • Create and mature Microsoft 365 Core offerings, assessments, and workshops
  • Provide presales support, solution architecture, and leadership for strategic opportunities
  • Engage directly with high-value customers as a trusted advisor and lead executive briefings
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and partners to co-create solutions and drive joint success
Key requirements
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Modern Work, and collaboration solutions
  • Strong architectural background across Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Entra ID, and related workloads
  • Proven experience architecting and delivering complex Microsoft solutions for enterprise customers
  • Experience in developing service offerings, methodologies, and repeatable IP
  • Experience advising on M&A, divestitures, or tenant migrations
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and customer advisory skills
  • Experience with Microsoft funding programs and global partner motions
  • 15+ years in a technical field; preferably with Microsoft technologies
