Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end PLM transformations for clients, aligning business needs with technical solutions. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, build roadmaps, and justify PLM programs. You'll steer multiple workstreams across engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and IT to deliver high-quality, integrated PLM outcomes. You'll contribute to knowledge-sharing and expand Deloitte's capabilities in PLM solutions. This position offers the chance to shape modernized product value chains in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end complex PLM transformations in a fast-paced team setting
- Perform business assessments to identify gaps, create roadmaps, and justify PLM transformations
- Manage workstream leads across engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and IT
- Drive milestones, provide status reports, and communicate with steering committees
- Ensure deliverable quality across design, configuration, integration, data migration, and validation
- Lead and support PLM pursuits and mentor practitioners in the product development practice
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing forums to strengthen Deloitte's capabilities
- Build experience across current and emerging PLM solutions
Key requirements- 8+ years of experience with PLM solutions (implementation, support, or advisory)
- Experience in formulated/processed chemicals or advanced materials industries
- Delivery experience on major PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Enovia, SAP PLM, Aras, or equivalent)
- Experience with software development lifecycle activities (requirements gathering, solution design)
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel 50%
