Overview In this role you drive the implementation and execution of large, complex transition projects on-site, coordinating with client teams and external stakeholders. You lead and develop project staff, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality. You will engage with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and provide clear progress updates. Responsibilities- Supervise and train Transition Project Managers and Consultants
- Plan and run large, complex meetings with Owner, design teams, and vendors
- Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects
- Resolve multi-party project issues and develop proposals
- Oversee development of complex databases and project schedules
- Facilitate construction interfaces on large projects
- Present information to clients to support decision making
- Oversee project reporting and enforce contract adherence
- Manage project cost reporting and expenditures to support execution
- Provide direction to subcontractors aligned with client guidance
- Train direct reports on processes and daily tasks
- Manage workload and performance to company standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and motivate the team
- Collaborate with business development to align with sales strategies and client deliverables
- Participate in opportunities to strengthen client, partner, and industry relationships
Key requirements- 5-7 years of project management experience
- 1-2 years of consulting experience or equivalent
- BS or MS in logistics or related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Visio)
- Excellent listening and strong verbal/written communication skills
- Construction document and drawing literacy; knowledge of construction phases
- Knowledge of BIM360, CADD and Bluebeam
- Experience with TPM market sectors (e.g., healthcare, government/military, R&D/lab, higher education)
- Ability to travel and willingness to work weekends as needed
- Experience in managing complex project teams and TPM consulting strategy
