Overview As Account Director, Data Center Logistics, you will lead and scale complex logistics for critical data center infrastructure worldwide. You'll report to the VP of Data Center Services and engage with enterprise clients across NA, EMEA and APAC, driving strategic initiatives and governance. This hybrid leadership role blends strategic vision with operational execution and customer-facing leadership, with significant travel and on-site presence. You'll shape programs, optimize asset lifecycles, and ensure service excellence across regions.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute the strategic vision for data center logistics and 3PL services across global regions
- Lead large-scale programs for data center deployments, operations, and asset lifecycle management
- Set KPIs, SLAs, and governance to drive efficiency and scalability
- Build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
- Create proposals and business cases addressing cross-border requirements
- Lead executive business reviews with global customers and partners
- Oversee relationships with manufacturers, transportation partners, and logistics providers; drive performance and compliance
- Lead strategic sourcing, inventory management, and supply chain planning for data center ops
- Identify and mitigate risks across geographies and regulatory environments
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams
- Influence decisions with data-driven insights and executive communication
Key requirements- 10+ years of progressive leadership in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Significant experience managing complex 3PL operations and providers
- Proven ability to develop executive proposals and lead customer-facing organizations
- Willingness to travel 25-50% across NA, EMEA, and APAC
- Experience supporting data center infrastructure, cloud, or mission-critical tech environments preferred
- Knowledge of data center equipment and asset lifecycle management is a plus
- Prior experience scaling operations in high-growth, multi-region contexts preferred
