Overview In this role you drive global account delivery for high-end clients, ensuring multi-line processes meet service levels and client expectations. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, lead a cross-functional team, and support special client projects within the wider Arvato organization. You'll manage change, resolve issues, and oversee client reporting, invoicing, and P&L for assigned programs. This position offers exposure to global teams and impactful work at scale in a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day delivery across multiple service lines to meet established SLAs
- Coordinate new projects and change requests with global teams
- Administer client reporting and invoicing with support from reporting contacts
- Monitor program performance, issues, and trends to drive timely resolutions
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and program-specific requirements
- Support payments follow-up and overall P&L management (budgeting and forecasting)
- Lead a local team of 9-12 members
- Collaborate on best-practice sharing and improvements across teams
- Manage inquiries and troubleshoot issues via client-facing channels
- Drive changes to run the business efficiently and deliver value to clients
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in account or service delivery teams
- Minimum 5 years in Warehousing, Distribution or 3PL environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams
- Willingness to travel globally (20%)
