Overview As a Process Improvement Consultant Senior in PNC's Retail Bank Operations - OPEX, you design and implement end-to-end solutions using automation and analytics to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and mitigate risks. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to align initiatives with enterprise objectives and support smooth system transitions. You'll influence senior stakeholders and mentor teams while applying best practices in process engineering. Responsibilities- Design and implement solutions leveraging intelligent automation, robotic process automation, generative AI, machine learning, and workflow systems to boost efficiency and reduce processing time
- Consult with business partners to gather inputs and propose technical process improvements
- Lead end-to-end redesigns of complex, cross-functional processes and present optimization plans to governance bodies
- Assess risks and ensure alignment with risk management frameworks and organizational objectives
- Mentor teams and build capability for continuous improvement after implementation
- Facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems and support issue management during transitions
- Utilize data analysis and process modeling to craft effective solutions that meet business requirements
Key requirements- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience
- Strong facilitation and influence skills for high-stakes design discussions
- Ability to conduct complex diagnostics and develop business cases with cost-benefit analysis
